		<description>In view of current failure of the commons to take war seriously. I suggest that on the death of each tenth soldier killed, a parliamentary seat shall be drawn by lot for an immediate by election.
Lip service and political correctness are no longer enough.
I might prefer restoring the accountability to Tower Hill but that might be considered too extreme. I do believe the thought of seat sacrifice for each ten lives would win the attention of the House</description>
